Description burnabyjeff CLA 2011-03-02 16:53:54 EST
Build Identifier: 20110218-0911

When I use command-d as a shortcut to delete the current line of text, it deletes two lines of text. When I go to the preferences/general/keys dialog, if I type command-d within the 'binding' field, TWO 'command-d' entries immediately appear. This does not occur with any other command sequence; for instance, I can change it to command-j and use it to delete lines, and it works correctly. There are no conflicts with command-d listed in the 'keys' dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download and run a fresh copy of eclipse
2. create a new untitled text file (in the default workspace), type a few lines
3. use command-d to attempt to delete a single line
