When creating a new branch from the Team -> Branch dialog, if 'Checkout new branch' is selected then the 'Checkout' dialog should be automatically closed.

It is clearly the user's intent to create a new branch and have it checked out, there is no point to display the 'Checkout' dialog anymore.
