Create wizard optionally lets user select projects to build initial IP Log from. User can click Finish very early in the process and avoid even getting the option to select a project. The result is an empty IP Log (and confusion).

Wizard should require that at least one project be selected before "Finish" is enabled.

Replaced EMF-generated default wizard with a new fully customized one. Marking as FIXED.
