In order to make it easier to automate consumption of new Sapphire builds, third party integrators need a version.txt file published with the rest of the build artifacts from Sapphire Hudson jobs. The file should contain the full version of Sapphire in that build. Knowing the version will make it easier for integrators to quickly check if they have the most recent version and to automate download of the zipped repository which has version in its file name.
