Build Identifier: 3.4.2

When i launch my eclipse rcp application. It throws the below exception while downloading and installing the plugins from update site.

Happens every time on some machines but not on all machines.

This leads to network connection failures and all the outlook applications just looses connection with server and also the internet connection goes off. Basically the lan connection is not there. I need to manually kill the process after which the connection comes back.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create own rcp application and populate the plugins in an update site , preferably put the update site on apache web server
2. Try laucnhing your rcp applciation pointing to that update site
3. it should start downloading the plugins and installing them... and it just hangs after some time...The size of the plug-ins downloaded is around 150MB.
