List of files in SVN trunk, but not Git master

Several files are missing in Git master. Many are 0-byte stub output "template" files, used by the tests when Valgrind is not present. The more pressing issue is that several icons directories are missing, which would definitely cause problems for users.

I think all non-empty files are back.  Can you verify things are now good?  Thanks.

All the non-empty files are back aside from one Cachegrind icon, which I just committed. The missing empty files don't look like they'll cause problems for the test suite. All the tests pass running locally without Valgrind.
