Description Mark Macdonald CLA 2011-02-25 11:46:35 EST
EGit 0.11.0.201102100751

1. Right-click on a resource in the Navigator, choose Team > Show History. The eGit history view opens.
2. Double-click on one of the revisions in the history view. It opens in a new editor.
3. From the new editor, highlight some text and try to copy it. It doesn't work: the text is not copied to the clipboard.

Works with the current egit version.

Not only copy does not work, but select all does not work either. You can only select with the mouse, and that selection is not available in the clipboard after a right-click + copy or even a Ctrl + C.

I think this is a known bug in the platform which was fixed in the mean time: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=368354

Please try the workaround mentioned in the bug (In my case it worked):

> Unbind these keys (Ctrl + C) from Preferences -> General -> Keys seem to solve the
> problem.
