Once bug 334766 is fixed we should replace the current Diff implementation[1], which is actually a copy of org.eclipse.jgit.pgm.Diff, and use the DiffCommand from JGit API.

Once fixed, we should update /org.eclipse.orion.server.git/about.html and remove the part about 3rd party content.

Having bug 356078 fixed this is no longer a priority for 0.3 M2.
