As discussed in the dev mailing list (http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/m2e-dev/msg00240.html), it'd be nice to havequality metrics provided via Sonar for m2e-core and its plugins (m2e-wtp at least)

Since Sonatype is doing some major maintenance on its grid infrastructure, I asked the sonar user mailing list if m2e's analysis could be done on the Nemo public instance (http://nemo.sonarsource.org/)

On m2e's side, we'd need to setup a profile to add some code coverage analysis (using JaCoCo, see https://github.com/Godin/sonar-eclipse/blob/master/org.sonar.ide.eclipse.parent/pom.xml#L176 as an example)
