Recently builds have experienced slowness due to a slow cloning of git repos. Thus a single local (build.ecf-project.org) git master repo should be set up (kept in sync via a cronjob) and used as a proxy for all builds.

Setting up the repo has to become part of the "zSetup" job so that builds won't fail on other machines than builds.ecf-project.org.

Scratch the previous comment. A dedicated job "zEclilpseGitCloner" will be used to to clone the repo from git.eclipse.org to the local machine.
