Description Greg Wilkins CLA 2011-02-23 18:20:47 EST
The default acceptors should be proportional to the number of CPUs.
Also should define both acceptor and selector threads.

r2827

acceptors are now set to 0.25*CPUs rounded up and minimum of 1.

the AbstractConnector acceptor threads are now used for accepting rather than selecting. The threads that were started to do the accepting are now used to do the selecting.
