SWTDesigner is now free as part of Google WindowBuilder. Its is a good tool to design RepositoryQueryWizard and other pages.
The Design view cannot be used because of code in org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.ui.wizards.AbstractRepositoryQueryPage.AbstractRepositoryQueryPage(String, TaskRepository, IRepositoryQuery)

I attach a patch with the changes but this will not be enough as other code may also be affected.

Thanks Maarten. I have applied the patch.

I am not sure if we will be able to maintain SWTDesigner compatibility in the future but I am happy to make changes of this nature if helps.
