It seems that the CSS on download.eclipse.org isn't current. There are some visual differences.

Example:
http://download.eclipse.org/gyrex/1.0/integration/

Have a look at the search bar and the sites header. The same HTML renders properly on www.eclipse.org. Thus, I think it's a difference in CSS.

patch which adds support for pageBase to Nova

As an alternative to update/sync download.eclipse.org with the latest CSS I would prefer the attached patch. It adds support for a pageBase variable which allows to point all CSS links to www.eclipse.org instead.
