Currently, the ECF rest API mostly supports the creation of OSGI remote service clients/consumers.  

It would also be very useful to add server-side support for the registration of ECF remote services, e.g. to allow the export of REST/Restlet API-based services as ECF (and OSGi) remote services.

Initial addition (of new package and classes org.eclipse.ecf.remoteservice.server/*) classes released to master.
