org.eclipse.emf.facet.doc initial contribution

Hello,

Here is the initial contribution of the plug-in org.eclipse.emf.facet.doc. This plug-in is the head documentation plug-in of the EMF Facet project.

(1) I, Gregoire Dupe, wrote 100% of this code.
(2) This code contains no cryptography
(3) I have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse.
(4) I contribute the content under the EPL.

I've committed a set of tools to be able to generate an HTML toc.: 
 - an index.html containing an HTML frameset;
 - an XSLT transformation;
 - an ant file to launch the XSLT transformation.

I transformed the doc projects into plug-ins (otherwise they wouldn't appear in an installed version), added them to the features, and fixed the build.properties to add all the necessary files (xml, html, png, about.html).

The documentation should be available as a documentation plug-in in the version 0.1.0 RC1.
