Currently, a Workflow discoverer exported using "export as a discoverer project" references launch configurations in the workspace. So, the generated discoverer plug-in cannot be shared.

There should be an extension point in Workflow to specify for each launch configuration type, how to generate the code that duplicates the behavior of a launch configuration of this type.
