Not sure if this is a true "hang", or just doing something wild, but a few times I've seen this test "hang" during or after running the tests ... perhaps waiting for workbench to close? I've seen this sometimes when running tests "standalone" (which, I admit, isn't easy to do) and seems stuck on "initialing javascript tooling" or some such message? But ... not sure that's related to what we see on build machine. The attached dumps are from our final 3.2.3 build,

It does seem there was some "normal" failure in that run ... but the time indicates it was all over in a few minutes ... in contrast, I happened to see the suite was still "running" after about 40 minutes, so took three thread dumps, and then killed the job. 

Hope these dumps help track down the problem. 

If not, perhaps the suite should be disabled until the problem can be figured out?
