The purpose of this bug is to upgrade the OSGi wiring APIs as described in bug 334582.

This must be done in the 3.0 line, so targetting 3.0.0.RELEASE initially, although the change will appear in a milestone.

The new API is available in the I build that Virgo 3.0.0.M02 is built on. Virgo has been updated to match.
