After filling the information incorrectly  and on clicking the submit button it is not showing error message for password

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Entered the in correct password in the filed on Login page
2.Clicked on the submit button 
3.On hitting submit it is not showing error message properly on the page
