When trying to select day of the month on user profile page to select day of the month the combo box for day  is not populating it's values properly.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.logged in DataGrain home page
2.After logging in click on user profile to enter user data to create a user profile
3.Entered the details of each field
4.Pressed Submit button to submit the user details
