Due to the introduction of Remote Service Admin (bug 324215), the old local/xml-file-based discovery is obsolete...in favor of the endpoint description extender format (edef) specified in the Remote Service Admin (chap 122 of 4.2 enterprise spec).

As a result of this move, the C-HEAD-discovery.local.feature is obsolete, and should be removed from the ECF hudson builder.

For the record, you just have to delete it in the Hudson web UI.
