Upon install selection, in a preference log the IDs of the connector being installed.  This will allow the installed tools to react to the connectors that got installed, eg, with additional directions or documentation on getting started, signed up, etc.  Sort of a delayed post-commit hook.  Value overwrites itself on each install invocation.

Implemented as part of bug 337227. DiscoveryUi.PREF_LAST_INSTALLED stores a comma separated list of discovery catalog ids that were last installed.
