fix

Version: 3.7.0
Build id: I20110208-0800

Steps
1. start new workspace (or clean target)
2. navigate to the Ant > Editor > Content Assist preference page
3. notice that the 'Enable Auto Activation' preference is unchecked and that the sub-preferences are enabled
4. check then un-check the preference and notice the controls disable as expected
5. un-check the preference and close the preferences dialog, reopen and notice the problem is back.

Expected

I would expect the sub-preferences to be disable if the parent pref is not checked
