It would be great if all source files would be formatted with the project-specific formatter so patches only show changed lines. Currently, many source files are not formatted (eg. org.eclipse.epp.internal.mpc.core.service.Node) and there is a save action for formatting.

Steffen, can you take this? Providing a patch is rather inefficient ;)

Preferences have been changed so that formatting only occurs to lines that have changed.
