>Add JMX management API to work with the general Extensibility API (part of bug # 335601) at runtime
http://wiki.eclipse.org/EclipseLink/DesignDocs/332312
Comment 2 Michael OBrien CLA 2011-03-21 14:17:51 EDT
>For example see the section in the use case
http://wiki.eclipse.org/EclipseLink/DesignDocs/335601#Example_2
where the user of the Extensibility API makes changes at runtime to the existing schema by adding a relationship via to be determined set of new attributes or functions in the JMX management interface.
Currently the Add action is supported at runtime. The Delete and Update actions are not supported yet without an application shutdown.
