Executing unknown maven plugins inside workspace can result in bad unwanted side effects like running workspace build in endless look or some generated files disappear from project output folder randomly and for no obvious reason. Often times these will be intermittent problems, which will make them even more difficult to troubleshoot. We don't want to help average m2e user to get herself into troubles and for users who know what they are doing we'll provide a wiki page that will explain how to add <execute/> mapping in the pom.
