Description Richard Craddock CLA 2011-02-10 07:27:56 EST
If you use the "OSGi" numbering style of generatro versioning,

AND

you specify a minimum version (eg version 2)

AND there is no such version availabel (eg the Highest is version 1)

Then you get a variety of problems when you try tpo Generate.

If headless - you get a NullPointer Excpetion

If in a ws, the Generate dialog fails

Also, when editing the tigetstripe.xml there is no indication of this state.

Richard could you give more details about the issue? I used following steps to reproduce the issue, but recieved notification that no generator enabled at generate phase:
1. Create and deploy a generator with version 1.0.0
2. Enable the generator for a model project
3. Go to source tab of the model project descriptor and update the generator version from 1.0.0 to 2.0.0
4. Try to generate -> no generator enabled

I have the same results with simple versions (without ".0.0"). Also there is no errors in headless mode.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue either. Richard, please feel free to reopen with more details if you still have this issue.
