Currently, views of HTML/ODF perspectives are defined by using perspectiveExtension. However, it makes impossible to customize perspective by using perspectiveExtension from other plugins. (especially for View position (relative/relationship).)

So, we need to define positions of views in IPerspectiveFactory.
