Using CCSv5.0.1 and XDC 3.20.08.88.

If I select C66, the wizard doesn't fill in the target.

alredy fixed in 3.22

verify pass in XDC 3.23.01.29_eng.  This was fixed a long time back.  Probably 3.22.xy.  But verify pass now.

verify pass.
