After the recent plug-in rename the old plug-ins still exist in CVS. These need to be archived.

We are going to wait for the completion of Helios SR2 before making this update.  Eclispe Webmasters will move the code at the designated time, and we will need to update any active maintenance builds. (Probably the 2.3.x line).

2.3.x maintenance remains active for the moment but should be done in the next week or so.

Brian cleaned this up after the transition to Git, making it very simple and not risky! (projects were able to be deleted on specific branches where they were no longer needed)
