MavenProjectManager used to have some logic but now it is reduced to a thin wrapper around ProjectRegistryManager. No need to keep an API class that does not do anything.

Introduced IMavenProjectRegistry public interface to provide access to maven project registry and allow us refactoring internal implementation as we see fit in the future
