A test suite for the CDT bridge is needed that verifies basic functionality.

I have committed a basic org.eclipse.mylyn.cdt.tests plug-in. First step would be to create a test case for bug 328300.

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
