Compare two elements: show right element as root in the Structure and Merge views
Now resource is shown as a root of Structure and Merge views, thus providing a lot of unnecessary info.

Done: 
1) One of the selected elements(right) is shown as a root in the structure view
2) Papyrus Viewer, not default EMF Compare, is opened in the Merge viewer
