A few days ago Chris created the Tycho build for Libra. Currently the WAR Products are not included. We should include them in order to make sure they are included into the Libra repository.

Changes are in the Libra repository. During the integration I noticed that 3 tests fail on the hudson. I uncommented the tests to get the build back to normal. I opened a separate bug for this, see bug 336335
