Description Caspar D. CLA 2011-02-04 03:16:54 EST
When a Net4J server opens a channel, the channel ID will be
negative (i.e. < 0) value. During channel registration,
assertValidChannelID gets called, which will throw an
IllegalArgEx because it erroneously assumes the channel ID
will always be a positive value.

I changed some of these channel ID constants in several classes. Please review carefully and commit if you are happy with it ;-)
