Description Leon Finker CLA 2011-02-03 23:01:45 EST
We have 3rd party jar file. We have manually (decompiled) generated sources jar from the original jar for easier browsing/debugging. We also have javadoc jar for the 3rd party jar. The problem is that JavaDoc window doesn't show any help for select element (besides the package/name of the element). Pressing shift+f2 shows web help from the associated javadoc without problems. It seems the JavaDoc window goes by the generated sources jar, which has no comments of course. I compared this behavior to IntelliJ. They successfully display the JavaDOc pop-up help window and go by the javadoc jar without issues. Is it possible to ignore associated source files with no comments and go by the javadoc jar in that case? Thank you

Yes, sources come before Javadoc because they are assumed to be more up-to-date.
