Some of the debug actions in the editor's context menu are not visible after reset perspective.

1. start a debug session (I am using dsf-gdb, but I don't think it matter)
2. wait until the c-editor open
3. select Windows | Reset Perspective

These actions are missing:
- Run to line
- Move to line
- Resume at line
- Add watch expression

To get the actions back, close the editor and open it again by clicking on the stackframe in the Debug view.
