I noticed that Mylyn Incubator does not have a project lead:
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project_summary.php?projectid=mylyn.incubator

While Mylyn Versions has two project leads:
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project_summary.php?projectid=mylyn.versions

I think this might have been a unintentional mix up during provisioning. Robert Elves should be listed as the project lead for Mylyn Incubator and Steffen Pingel as the (single) project lead for Mylyn Versions.

Not sure how to categorize this one, but re-categorizing to Community/Process.

Robert is now the PL.
