In the RSA product, we include the EMF Model Query Developer Guide in our information center - this is delivered only in product with the EMF Query feature.  A customer reported that selecting the EMF Model Query Developer Guide->Reference->API Reference results in a Topic Not Found message being displayed.  When I extract the contents of the EMF SDK Query plugin included in the RSA product and navigate to the javadoc folder, it is empty.  The version of this plugin being included is org.eclipse.emf.query.doc_1.2.0.v20091210-1711.jar and the path is references>javadoc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RSA 8.0.1 GA or current 8.0.2 (in development)
2. Help>Contents
3. In the TOC, navigate to Eclipse Documentation>EMF Model Query Developer Guide>Reference>API Reference
