This will be the first build for the tools.EDT project.  We'll try CBI at first, so name the job "cbi-edt-0.1-nightly".  Give access to me (mheitz) and Brian Svihovec (bsvihovec).

I've created the job and named it 'cbi-edt-nightly', so you can use it to build 'any' version of your code(without required new jobs or a re-name).
