Description rb.11 CLA 2011-02-02 13:59:49 EST
Hi,

I am a French Canadian and my name is Régis Banville. My user name on my computer is Régis. When I create a new Android Virtual Device there is no problem. The files are stored in C:\Users\Régis\.android\avd directory. But I try to "Start the Avd", I have this message:
emulator: ERROR: no search paths found in this AVD's configuration.
Weird, the AVD's config.ini file is malformed. Try re-creating it.

This error is a bug with my user name Régis. It is impossible to use the é in my user name.
What I can do to fix the problem?

Thanks.
Régis Banville

This sounds like a problem with the Android development tools. These come from Google, not from Eclipse. Please report this problem in whatever forum supports Android development (ie, wherever you installed the Android tooling from).
