The context menu in the commit dialog's file view is missing a menu item 'Compare'. The feature is great (you can double click on a file and get a compare) but it should be matched by a pop up menu item.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the commit dialog on a file.
2. Right-click on a file in the file view.
3. There is no 'Compare to latest from repository' menu item.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
