Jeff McAffer and Hugues Malphettes accepted to contribute the EclipseRT starter kits to RTP. The kits are basically product definitions that can act as templates to create the first RT packages.

I created the first packages and added the tycho pom.xml files. The starter kits acted as templates. The code was pushed to github until the IP process will be done.

The contribution has passed the initial IP check. I pushed the contribution to our repository's master.
