I heard complains about our p2 repository URLs being invalid because people tried to point their web browser to them directly and received a 404. To prevent the impression of a broken site, we should add simple index.html pages to our repositories. These index.html pages should contain the repository name and maybe a link to our getting started page that explains how to use the repsitories.

Created basic index.html files for the repositories.
The files are kept in the org.eclipse.rap.releng project.
