The consumption of a new version of AHC is made complex by the fact that we are embedding it into the m2e.runtime. We need to separate AHC out of m2e.runtime so it can actually be shared across several components and evolve more easily.

Implemented. AHC and Netty are two bundles separate from maven.runtime now.
