It is not possible to configure ti.sysbios.family.msp430.Timer.hwiParams

    1. Add ti.sysbios.family.msp430.Timer to a configuration
    2. Create an instance of Timer, say "foo"
    3. Try to set foo.hwiParams

Note that individual fields of hwiParams can not be set

this was fixed long ago (3.24?) and now work in xdctools 3.25
