Find a better/proper place for "Rename Maven Artifact" action (see attached screenshot). Many/most users are conditioned to have Properties at the bottom of the menu, so our item will confuse them

Fixed menu path

This should place the rename in with the quickfix & source.  I haven't created a submenu since it seems pointless unless we're going to add more.

If we need to find other paths at some point, I found the correct path with a breakpoint in: org.eclipse.ui.editors.text.TextEditor.editorContextMenuAboutToShow(IMenuManager)
