Steps to reproduce:
1) I move the "Progress" view by mistake
2) I wanted to move it back at the bottom of the editor as all other views.

I could not reproduce on another workspace running the same version.

It looks like my workspace is now in a bad state.

This might be a duplicate of bug #320743, the stacktrace looks surprisingly similar.
