To better support execution of maven plugins inside Eclipse workspace, extend <execute/> build lifecycle mapping element to optionally specify

* name patterns of resources that trigger execution of the plugin goal. only applicable for goals executed during incremental build
* name patterns of resources modified during the plugin goal execution
