RAP now includes the needed bundles to export a RAP application (see bug 333677). As a result there is no need to check out the server-side bundles as described in the Help contents. We should update the content of the WAR Deployment section and modify the webappBuilder.xml in the org.eclipse.rap.demo.feature to extract the servletbridge from the target instead of extracting it from the workspace.

This bug is may be obsolete because of bug 340435 which updates the deployment documentation to use the WAR Products tooling.

Since the rap.demo feature has been removed (bug 210999) and the documentation is updated to the war product tooling already, there's nothing to do here anymore. Closing as WONTFIX.
